In the past week, the Health Commission has accepted the declaration of three new food raw materials, including lutein ester, 

Podoginseng and saccharomyces cerevisiae CNCM1-3799. The simple analysis is as follows:


1. Lutein ester

According to "Announcement No. 12 of the Ministry of Health in 2008", the Health Commission has approved lutein ester as a new food raw material.


Source: Marigold flower, main ingredient: lutein dipalmitate.


From marigold chrysanthemum as raw material, it was produced by dehydration and crushing, solvent extraction, low molecular weight alcohol purification and vacuum concentration.


Use: baked goods, dairy products, beverages, ready-to-eat cereals, frozen drinks, condiments and confectionery, but not baby food.


2. Podoginseng

Podoginseng is a rare crop with a history of hundreds of years. It is a local specialty in Heze Dan County, Shandong Province.


To this end, Shanxian County also applied for the geographical protection product standard, "T/SXLHS 001-2020 Shanxian Luohan Ginseng".


It is a natural nourishing food. It can be steamed, stir-fried, stewed and made into sweets.
